Product Description

Natural wood veneer is laminated to 5/8” (16mm) FR MDF. Only then is the face microperforated with 0.5mm (1/50”) perforations and the rear perforated with 9mm (3/8”) for acoustical performance. This minimizes the risk of delamination or hole clogging common to planks that are laminated after perforation.

Plank Options

Microperforated planks come standard in 8’ and 10’ (2.4m & 3m) lengths and are generally cut to size on site. Custom lengths can be provided upon request. The sides of the planks have tongue and groove joinery for easy progressive installation.

Mounting clips are provided to screw the panels into T-bar grid for ceiling installation or to furring channels for wall-mounting. An acoustical fleece is factory-applied to the back of the panel for noise absorption and to reduce any reading through of material behind the panel.

Finishes

Common veneers include:

  • Maple
  • Walnut
  • Cherry
  • Oak

Other veneers are available upon request. Planks can also be painted.
