40 Ten

Situated in Baltimore, MD, the 40 Ten project exemplifies MCM Acoustical’s expertise in delivering innovative acoustic solutions. In collaboration with Mosely Architects of Baltimore and contractor Leonard Kraus, we implemented our Solid Baffles and Grille Panels to enhance the space’s acoustic performance.

A standout feature of this project is the use of blades with consistent design across both the baffles and grille, yet uniquely adapted with two distinct mounting systems to accommodate differing blade sizes. This creative approach highlights our ability to blend precision craftsmanship with versatile engineering. The result is a seamless integration of form and function, providing a sophisticated, acoustically optimized environment that elevates the space’s modern aesthetic and usability.
